Sur­rounded by small woods in the valley of Armançon, Lac de Pont is located near the small French com­mu­nity of Pont-et-Massène in cen­tral France. The lake is more than just a recre­ational area for res­i­dents and vis­i­tors, how­ever, as it also serves as a reser­voir for drink­ing water. A pop­u­lar place for swim­ming and relax­ing in summer, the area around Lac de Pont has been redesigned.

The land­scape archi­tects JDM Paysag­istes planned the recon­struc­tion of the lake­side – with invit­ing seat­ing facil­i­ties for sun­bathing with a view of the lake, play areas for chil­dren, and paths for lake­side walks. Olivio lumi­naires with their wooden poles blend beau­ti­fully into the nat­ural envi­ron­ment, ensur­ing har­mo­nious light­ing. Wooden Elo bol­lards also guar­an­tee sus­tain­able devel­op­ment of the area around Lac de Pont.
