Employees at the Selux plant in Ketzin, Brandenburg, have the opportunity to take part in various training courses. These include a lean workshop, which teaches the basics of lean management and lean production, as well as further training for welding supervisors in steel and vehicle construction. Other training topics include labour law for HR work and interview training for HR staff. Funded by the EU and the state of Brandenburg, our plant in Ketzin receives a subsidy for these training courses. The training courses will improve employees' personal, social, methodological and technical skills and strengthen the foundations for economic success.
