Urban lighting with Avanza
Project
Lighting in several areas of the city
Clermont-Ferrand, France
With its imposing Gothic cathedral and the volcanoes of the Puys chain looming on the horizon, Clermont-Ferrand offers an impressive panorama. The capital of Auvergne, known for its industrial tradition and home to Michelin, also represents an important university and research center.
For several years, the city has been working on its public lighting. Thus, our Avanza luminaires can be found in several areas of the city, both on major boulevards, such as Jacques Bingen or Paul Pochet Laguaye boulevards, and in residential areas or more modern sectors such as the Saint Jean district.
With its two luminaire sizes and various reflector systems, the Avanza family meets a wide range of lighting applications in urban spaces. Designed from a single molded piece and thanks to its clear design, the Avanza brings an aesthetic touch to the streets and pedestrian paths of the district. Thanks to its precise optics, Avanza does not emit any disturbing light and protects the night sky from light pollution.
