Redesigning the Illumination of Place de la Mairie
Tour de Salvagny, France
At the gates of green Beaujolais, La Tour de Salvagny is nestled in the heart of a hilly landscape. Between urban and rural environments, La Tour de Salvagny, a French tourist town with 4,000 inhabitants, benefits from economic assets and infrastructure that make it a true hub of activity and leisure.
The recent renovation of the public lighting at Place de la Mairie, located in the centre of the town, was carried out using one of the latest innovations from Selux – the Line Twist. The unique design, featuring 12 modules arranged in a spiral shape around a column, opens up wide possibilities for highlighting the beauty of the area. The light is directed in a circular manner to create a pleasant atmosphere. The golden reflectors, combined with the finishing colour of the columns, create a soft ambience that harmonises with the urban environment and provides high visual comfort.
