As a balance to the busy traffic arteries of Demmin's city center, the new city promenade "Wallgraben - Grünes Band" forms a kind of oasis for pedestrians. Part of the experience space is the newly created playground. A large angler, constructed as a wooden play tower, fishes here in the climbing and play landscape near the Schwanenteich and Mühlengraben.

The theme of the playground is water, to pick up on the history of the Mühlengraben, which once carried water and is now largely closed. Due to its construction in the Middle Ages, which served as protection against attackers, Demmin was surrounded on all sides by water. Today, residents and visitors can rediscover Demmin. Due to its many bodies of water - the three rivers Peene, Trebel and Tollense flow together in Demmin - the small town in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is a popular vacation desti­nation. It is one of the oldest towns in Pomerania.

What lighting could be better integrated into the overall concept than Olivio Wood? The organic-looking luminaires are characterized by their optical systems and by their mast made of high-quality and robust pine wood. The poles get their lasting beauty from a special weatherproof glaze, with a choice of six different shades. On the angler's playground, the wooden masts appear in the color "Himalaya Grey", while all metal parts, i.e. mast base, inlays, light heads and mast top are coated in the special color "Liverpool". With their warm shades, Olivio Wood naturally complements the play landscape in the "Wallgraben - Green Belt" adventure area.
