About the job – Customer Service Selux AB, Stockholm
We now looking for a new talent colleague to our office in Stockholm. You will work in an international company with contact to our headquarters in Berlin and Lyon and support our customers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Our customers are architects, lighting designers, electrical engineers, wholesalers and contractors.
If you are a communicative person who likes administrative work and has an interest in technology, this could be the next opportunity for you. We are a customer-oriented team that always puts the customer in focus and is driven by providing customers with first-class service.
Duties
- Order handling (order confirmations, delivery monitoring)
- Quotes
- Purchase´s to our factories
- Support the sales team
- Support our customers
- Administrative tasks
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
That´s what you bring with
- a background in customer service
- Experience in sales of technical products
- Good command of Swedish and English
- Social skills
What else is important to us
The role is a permanent employment. Experience from the lighting industry is a plus but not a need – your attitude and personality are the most important.
